Easy Stuffed Jalapenos

- extra crunchy peanut butter
Rinse the jalapenos; top and cut them in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and the lightly colored ribs that hold the seeds in place. Rinse and dry them.
PS...I've done this with smooth peanut butter, it's just not nearly as good as with crunchy.
