Ingredients

1 large
apple
2 tsp
sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp
raisins
ground cinnamon to taste
1 Tbsp
orange juice concentrate
peanut butter to coat

Step-By-Step

1With a sharp paring knife, cut the top of the apple off horizontally. Core the apple, making sure to get all the seeds. Hollow out the apple, dicing the removed apple.

2In a small bowl, mix the diced apple, sunflower seeds and raisins. Dust with cinnamon, to taste. Add the orange juice concentrate, mix well, and set the mixture aside.

3Smear peanut butter inside the apple to coat the walls. Fill the apple with the mixture. Serve immediately, refrigerate leftovers.
