A great lite lunch or cut up for a lite healthy app.
These flatout breads are the best. I used the italian. Low fat, high in protein, and low carb and full of flavor!

Ingredients

flat out bread
2
slices deli ham
2
slices swiss cheese
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 large
dill pickle sliced
salt & fresh herbs

YOGURT DIP

1/4 c
greek yogurt
1 Tbsp
fresh herbs (used parsley & dill)

Directions Step-By-Step

Spread mustard on flat out bread.
Top one side with ham, cheese, and pickle slices.

Fold over & spray with olive oil cooking spray, salt and add fresh herbs to top and bake in oven at 375 til browned. About ten minutes.

Let cool and slice for apps or slice in half for nice lite lunch.
Serve with dipping sauce.
Mine is greek yogurt and fresh herbs!
