Blackberry Pecan Baked Brie

- french brie ( 13.4 oz)
- 2 box
- puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 1 jar(s)
- blackberry jam 8-11 oz ( i used blackberry pecan )
- handful of fresh pecans
- 1 large
- egg beaten
1pre-heat oven to 350*
2place all puff pastries in a large square shape on a flat surface,
7spray pam or rub butter onto a cookie sheet, and place tightly wrapped brie into the center of the pan, beat one egg in a cup or bowl, brush onto puff pastry and bake for 30-35 mins
8Remove from oven once pastry is golden brown, and slice and serve immediately ! GREAT with fresh pineapple and strawberries and black grapes. We cracked open a bottle of Sparkling Apple Cider with it, and it was sooooooooo good!
