I love this soup,it has less than 100 calories a bowl,unfortunately,I eat more than that, it's so good. Also works well with asparagus, and who knew, No cream!! I gotta tell you, this IS, thick, rich, and creamy. Please, if you love soup, and don't want to give up, comfort, foods. TRY THIS.

1potato peeled, cubed

11/2 cleek, cleaned,sliced(light green,white)

6 cbroccoli florets

6 cchicken broth, low-fat

2 clovegarlic

1 tspthyme, dried

salt and pepper
How To Make broccoli and leek soup

1Soften leeks and garlic,add potato,then broccoli. Cook for 3 min.Add broth and thyme, cover lightly simmer for 25 min. Use an immersion blender to puree. Salt and Pepper

2I like to garnish with grated Parmesan.
