I love fried foods in moderation. I go out to eat in the Summer Heat but LOVE to get cooking when the fall rolls in. I love cool weather and cooking. When I discovered new tips and the food channel and of course Paula Deen. She gave me a desire to learn more and to perfect what I know. She also helped me to enjoy cooking not dread it.
