Yummy in Your Tummy Breakfast Casserole!

Super fast, super easy. I make this for my family and it disappears! Easy to transport and reheat for office events, church suppers as well as meeting with friends!
I sometimes add sliced mushrooms, chopped peppers and spinach to it and then it becomes an entire meal on a plate!
