I am going to have weight loss surgery and need to start finding recipes to fit my diet after surgery. Low carb, low fat, high protein, lots of veggies, healthy food diet...
My husband is a very picky eater so I'm gonna have to cook differently for him...lol
I have two grandsons and want to teach them, and any future grandkids, healthy habits for a lifetime.
My 3 daughters will hopefully benefit from my lessons also. As all mom's, I worry about them constantly....
Anyway... It's all about healthy living from here on out!!!
