Well, I was curious enough to look it up elsewhere. You put a layer of them on a plastic lid, like a Tupperware lid, or a small plate, then put another lid on top to hold them steady. Then slice between the lids with a serrated knife. Halves 'em nicely. I guess if you want them quartered, you still have to do one at a time.
