Thanks just had this problem. It took a lot of scrubbing to get rid of food. Next time I will try this.

When I was a bit younger, I worked in restaurants and was taught that if you heat the pan to hot, not warm, but very hot and pour in seltzer water/club soda that is cold, the stuck on food will come off with scrubbing with a flat wooden kitchen tool, then clean with soap and water. PS, just plain water will work also but not as well. Good luck

Your tips and videos are great for most of us - I have some blind friends with speaking PCs. One of these friends taught me how to make Alfredo sauce many years ago and I was amazed with her abilities knowing full well that she had been blind since birth! Maybe you could add verbal to your videos???
