INGREDIENTS
1.5 pounds turkey Italian sausage
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 cups onion, chopped (about 1 onion)
4 large russet potatoes sliced in half, then cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 (32 ounce) cartons chicken broth - low sodium or fat free
1 quart (4 cups) of water
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups kale or Swiss chard
2 cups Non fat creamer
