1 cup milk {I use 1%}
•
1 cup half and half
•
1 & 1/2 cups water
•
1 {14.5 oz} can chicken broth {I use salted}
•
2.5 lbs cauliflower {about 1 head}, roughly chopped
•
2 tsp. dijon mustard
•
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
•
1 & 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded {I use mild}
•
{Optional} Bacon bits
