3 cups zucchini, shredded
1 cup corn
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
2 eggs
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free for gluten-free)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
