INGREDIENTS
Wet ingredients
- 5 egg whites
- 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 cups Splenda
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 zucchini grated
- 1 carrot grated
Dry ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn baking soda
- 1/2 tspn baking powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup walnuts (which actually added more calories, although delicious I may opt for raisins or lower calorie nut next time)
