FOR THE FROSTING:

3 sticks of room temperature butter (1 1/2 cups)
•
6-7 cups of powdered sugar
•
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
2 tbs of lemon zest
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
