2 Tbs vinegar ( tarragon or white wine vinegar)

1/4 cup + 1 Tbs olive oil

3 Tbs lemon juice

1/2 tsp mustard (hot english mustard OR Dijon mustard)

1/2 tsp salt
•
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
•
9 mint leaves, finely chopped ( this should be 1.5 Tbs)
•
1 tsp dried parsley
•
1/4 tsp garlic powder
•
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
