INGREDIENTS

Vanilla batter by:
•
2/3 cup of coconut flour
•
½ teaspoon salt
•
1 teaspoon baking powder
•
8 eggs
•
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
½ cup maple syrup grade b
•
½ cup coconut milk, canned and all his fat
•
½ cup coconut oil, melted
•
In a medium bowl, combine coconut flour, salt and baking powder.
•
In another medium bowl mix eggs, vanilla syrup and coconut milk.
•
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well. Slowly pour in the coconut oil and mix until all lumps are gone.
•
For the chocolate dough:
•
3 ounces dark chocolate
•
½ cup coconut oil
•
½ cup raw honey
•
2 eggs
•
1 tablespoon vanilla
•
¼ teaspoon almond ext
•
¾ cup blanched almond flour
•
½ teaspoon salt
•
In a double boiler, gently melt the chocolate, coconut oil and raw honey. Remove from heat, let cool, add the eggs, vanilla and almond extracts.
•
In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour and salt. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
•
For the frosting:
•
1 cup cold butter palm pressed
•
3/4 cup canned coconut milk with all the fat
•
1/3 cup pure maple syrup, grade b
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
•
some salt
•
2 packets of Stevia
