INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup zaatar*
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 chicken thighs with skin (each 6 to 8 oz.)
2 lemons, each cut into 4 wedges
2 bunches green onions, ends trimmed
