1/2 lb ground pork

3/4 cup minced onion

1 tsp minced garlic

1/3 cup chopped green pepper

1 tbsp grated horseradish
•
2 tsp Dijon mustard
•
2 eggs beaten
•
1 cup bread crumbs
•
1 cup grated Parmesan
•
2 tsp salt
•
1 tsp pepper
•
1/4 cup milk
•
1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
•
For glaze: combine 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp hot sauce,

1/4 tsp Worcestshire sauce, 1 tbsp butter, and 1/8 cup brown sugar
•
in small sauce pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
