Name: Yummie Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef; 1/2 lb ground veal; 1/2 lb ground pork; 3/4 cup minced onion; 1 tsp minced garlic; 1/3 cup chopped green pepper; 1 tbsp grated horseradish; 2 tsp Dijon mustard; 2 eggs beaten; 1 cup bread crumbs; 1 cup grated Parmesan; 2 tsp salt; 1 tsp pepper; 1/4 cup milk; 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce; For glaze: combine 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp hot sauce,; 1/4 tsp Worcestshire sauce, 1 tbsp butter, and 1/8 cup brown sugar; in small sauce pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
