4 and 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

3/4 cup natural unsweetened or dutch-process cocoa powder

1/2 cup whole milk
•
1 Tablespoon light corn syrup3

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
•
1/8 teaspoon salt
