¾ cup dark beer (such as stout or porter)
2 cups plus 3 Tbsp. (270 g) bread flour, plus more for dusting
1 Tbsp. mild-flavored (light) molasses
½ tsp. instant yeast
2–3 Tbsp. rice flour (optional)
