1 tbsp oregano (dried)

3/4 cup beef broth (low sodium)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 lbs chuck short ribs (deboned; cut into cubes)

1 small red onion (diced)
•
4 cloves garlic (minced)

1/2 habenero (seeded and chopped)

1/2 jalapeno (seeded and chopped)

12 oz light beer (I used Corona)

14 oz fire roasted tomatoes
