8 to 12 serrano peppers or 6 jalapeno peppers, sliced

2 green peppers, diced

2 red peppers, diced

1 carrot, diced

1 celery rib, diced

1 yellow onion, diced

1/2 cauliflower head, cut into florets

3 cloves of garlic, minced
•
1/2 cup stuffed pimento green olives, chopped
•
1/2 cup salt
•
2 1/2 teaspoons oregano
•
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
•
1/2 to 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes for more "heat"
•
1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
•
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
•
1 cup olive oil or canola oil (I like olive oil)
