Name: Wonton Popper Bites
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened; 1 C Mexican blend shredded cheese; 1 C Mozzarella shredded cheese; 1 T ranch seasoning/dressing mix; 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced; 1 pkg small wonton wrappers; oil for frying (I use peanut oil)
