INGREDIENTS
4 cups whole milk
12 oz. American cheese
1 lb. Wisconsin extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lager or pilsner beer **no IPA's**
1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 green onion, thinly sliced, for garnish
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
