Wine Jelly
INGREDIENTS

6 cups of sugar
•
4 cups red wine - you can use any variety of wine or champagne.. we recommend you experiment with a couple different varieties
•
6 oz liquid pectin
•
Canning jars (quantity will depend upon the size you get.. this recipe produces 6-8 oz of jelly)
