1 cup of heirloom cherry tomatoes, cut in halves or quarters

3 tbsp of chopped parsley

1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

juice from 1/2 a lemon

1/2 tsp salt

freshly ground black pepper, to taste
