1 Tbsp dough enhancer (Dough Enhancer Recipe)

1/2 c. vital wheat gluten (optional – since the GAPS diet, I now leave it out)

5 c. warm water
•
3/4 c. olive oil

3/4 c. honey

3 Tbsp yeast
