For the salmon:

1 whole salmon filet, 2-3 pounds, skin removed

1 tablespoon olive oil
•
½ teaspoon Spice Islands Dill Weed
•
½ teaspoon Spice Islands Salt
•
½ teaspoon Spice Islands Cracked Black Pepper
•
1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
•
For the sauce:
•
1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
•
1 Persian cucumber, finely chopped
•
1 teaspoon olive oil
•
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
•
½ teaspoon Spice Islands Dill Weed
•
Spice Islands Salt and Spice Islands Cracked Black Pepper to taste
