375 mls (1.5 cups) Beef Broth (gluten free/paleo)

5mls (1 tsp) fish sauce (I used red boat)

400ml coconut milk (1 can, full fat)

3 tablespoons arrowroot, (optional)

salt and pepper, to taste

1 zucchini, (1 per person to make the noodles)
