White wine slow-braised lamb recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive oil
2 kg/4lb leg of lamb
2 tbsp plain flour
2 onions, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 bottle dry white wine
600ml/1 pint chicken stock
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp redcurrant jelly
salt
freshly ground black pepper
