Ingredients: • 1 part white wine; • 1 part fresh grapefruit juice; • 1/2 part limoncello (Pallini makes a bright, zesty one); • Lemon and orange wheels; • 1 part dry sparkling wine (Cava would be traditional); • Rosemary sprigs and crushed pink peppercorns
