3 Lbs Clams Manila, New Zealand Coxales, Razor or Little Necks clams
½ Cup Fresh Parsley finely chopped
Sweet Butter
Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
A Touch of Italian Pepper Flakes – Optional
