1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup cold water
2 packages (6 ounces or 1 1/3 cups each) Driscoll's Raspberries
Cheesecake
4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled to room temperature
4 eggs
Whipped Cream
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons sugar
Garnish
White chocolate curls
