White Chocolate Raspberry Cake (Gluten Free)

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup white chocolate (I use these enjoy life chocolate chips for dairy free)
3 tbsp ghee (sub coconut oil)
2 eggs, room temperature
2 egg yolks 
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup golden coconut sugar
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp arrowroot starch
½ tsp baking soda
3 tbsp raspberry jam (I use this)
Vanilla icing (I use this for dairy free)
Fresh raspberries
