Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour*; 2 tablespoons cornstarch; 1/2 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened; 1/2 cup packed Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar; 1/2 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar; 1 large egg; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 3/4 cup white chocolate chips; 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped; *Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
