1/4 cup butter, softened plus about 1 1/2 tsp butter for greasing the pan

-12 oz white chocolate chips

-1 jar (7oz) marshmallow cream

-1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy (I crushed them pretty small so the fudge wouldn't be crunchy.)

-1/2 tsp peppermint extract
