1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped salted macadamia nuts (optional)
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 cups powdered sugar
8 ounces white chocolate (about 1 1/2 cups of chips)
1/4 teaspoon salt
