1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
3/4 cup toasted pistachios, roughly chopped
1 ounce white chocolate, melted (for drizzling)
