2 pounds ground chicken
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 onion (diced)
2 Jalapeño peppers (seeded and minced)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cups chicken stock
¾ cup evaporated milk
1 15-ounce can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 15-ounce can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 4-ounce cans green chilis
1 cup corn kernels
salt and coarsely ground black pepper
Chopped fresh cilantro
grated Monterey Jack cheese
diced avocados
sliced Jalapeño peppers
corn tortilla chips
