3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small can Tomato Paste
3 Tbsps. Sweet Paprika
1/2 tsp. Hot Paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
2 Tbsps. Kosher Chicken Bouillon (Vita, available in Kosher markets)
1 tsp. sugar
Kosher Salt, as needed
Freshly Ground Pepper, as needed
Garnish (Optional)
1 Spicy Jalapeno or Serrano Pepper
1/2 Cup Cilantro, rinsed and dried
3 Cloves garlic, minced
