Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic; 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed (or 2 cups cooked, from 2/3 cup dried beans); 2 Tbsp lemon juice; 2 Tbsp olive oil; ½ tsp cumin; ½ tsp salt; ¼ tsp ground black pepper (or a few turns of the pepper grinder); 3-4 drops Tabasco sauce; chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
