113g or 1/2 c unsalted butter (melted)
113g or ½ cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
155g or ¾ cup brown sugar (150g)
50g or ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract or vanilla paste
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup flour (120g)
150 g dark chocolate finely chopped or mini chocolate chips ( about 2/3 cup )
120g or ½ cup heavy cream (115g)
120 g dark chocolate (very finely chopped)
130 g heavy cream
Flaked sea salt
