INGREDIENTS

1⅓ cups of all purpose flour

5 tablespoons of packed light brown sugar
•
8 tablespoons of regular cold butter, cut into ½-inch pieces
•
4 large eggs
•
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
•
1½ cups of powdered sugar, divided in two
•
¾ cup of fresh lemon juice
•
2 teaspoons of lemon zest (optional – don’t add for a less tart taste)
