INGREDIENTS
4 tsp olive oil
2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup water
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup evaporated fat free milk
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 (10 oz) can of clams, drained – reserve 1/2 cup of juice
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp white pepper (or regular pepper if you don’t have white)
1 tsp salt (or more, to taste)
bacon pieces for topping
