4 tablespoons instant cornmeal (polenta)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean (save bean for other use)
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 1/2 ounces creme fraiche
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 pints blackberries
2 pints raspberries
6 tablespoons sugar
3 ounces fresh ginger, sliced
