For sauce:1 tsp olive oil

1 small garlic clove, finely minced
•
1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
•
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
•
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
•
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
•
1/2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
