INGREDIENTS

Cook 16 oz pasta (I used tri-colored spiral - but have used a variety of others)
•
drain and add 2-3 Tbsp Veg oil
•
Chop and Add:
•
1 tomato
•
1 cucumber
•
1 onion - I have used a variety so whatever you prefer
•
1 bell pepper
•
Mix and Add:
•
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
•
1 1/2 cup sugar
•
1 Tbsp garlic powder
•
1 Tbsp Parsley flakes
•
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
•
1 tsp salt
•
1 tsp pepper
