1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fish sauce
12 ounces green beans stems removed
4 ounces dried rice noodles rice sticks
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved or quartered, depending on size, halve the small ones, quarter the large ones
1 cup daikon radish julienned
1 cup Persian cucumber or julienned English
3 cups napa cabbage or thinly sliced savoy
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup celery thinly sliced
