3-4 cans diced tomatoes

2 6-ounce cans of tomato paste

4 16-ounce cans of kidney beans

1/4-1/3 cup chili powder

1-3 dashes of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon liquid crab boil (my secret ingredient)

1 tablespoon salt
•
1-3 dashes of garlic
•
2-3 bay leaves
